On the day Co-ordination is the perfect option for couples who have planned their own wedding but need a planner to handle the logistics of the day - taking away all the stress of those final weeks and making sure the day itself runs effortlessly.
We will meet with you 6 to 8 weeks before the big day to discuss all the details and iron out any creases and put together a comprehensive event schedule for everyone to follow putting your mind at ease and freeing up your time (and stress levels!)
On the day itself, the team will be on hand as your coordinators from start to finish, assisting with the overall set-up, delivery and coordination of your day with panache!
In a nutshell, we’ll help with any irksome last-minute tasks, liaise with your guests, venue and suppliers so you are free to enjoy your day knowing that everything is in safe hands!
